Experience: Min 02 Years to Max 06 Years

  • Must have Knowledge about the flow of Application Support.
  • Should have Knowledge Of Sql.
  • Candidate should able to deploy the .NET applications and SQL Code Changes.
  • Strong SQL Queries, Joints Knowledge, Experience Connecting To DBs And Running Queries, Store Procedure, Views Etc
  • Troubleshooting and solving technical issues including providing code fixes.
  • Handle ITSM Tickets and manage end-to-end triaging.
  • Perform application maintenance activities as needed.
  • On-call rotation for monitoring and resolving production issues.
  • As a 24×7 function, support team requires engineers to work in shifts.
  • Develops knowledge articles or runbooks based on the resolution of issues.
  • Proactively look for opportunities to address technical or process gaps.
  • Good Communication Skills.
