Roles & Responsibilities:
- Manage scope of projects from inception to closure in fast spaced environment.
- Define, estimate, develop and manage implementation schedules and project budgets
- Identify resource need, task assignment and tracking, monitoring, and delivering on schedule
- Reviewing & approving deliverables (applications scope & scope change management / quality / documents / time sheets / leaves / regularization/etc.) prepared by team before passing/communicating to client/stakeholders
- Guiding the team on technology selection and implementation, thorough technical reviews, and contribute towards absorption of new technologies, processes, and methods by making them part of own teams delivery plan
- Analyzing project profitability and Resources utilization
- Support the sales team in gathering requirements to develop a solution fit with a strong value proposition
- Conducting team meetings, client communication, status reporting, project acceptance and project closure activities
- Checking progress of the team against targets / goals / objectives set on a periodic basis
- Identifying resource training & development need, resource problems
- Implement effective succession planning, people management, development, recruitment, and retention strategies for the department
- Upholding customer satisfaction through value-based delivery
- Setting up the processes, implementing & improving the process.
Skill Set Required:
- Min. 4+ years of experienced Project Manager identify resource needs, task assignments and tracking of projects. Candidate will coordinate to the team of 10-15 members.
- Experience in formal employee performance management process.
- Candidate should be min.5 years to max.15 Years of experience into project management.
- Strong Knowledge of Jira, SVN, Scrum and Cloud Technologies.
- Hands on Experience on ASP.NET, MVC, C#, MSSQL Technologies.
- Scrum Certified would be preferred.
