Job description:
  • We are looking for an experienced HR Executive who could have a knowledge of Human Resource Operations procedures & one who is technically sound in using the HRMS software.
  • The candidate must be proactive in facilitating the HR administration work related to thorough documentation and working as per set HR procedures.
  • The aspiring candidate must possess good communication, excellent organization skills & attention to detail.
Roles and Responsibilities:
  • Taking care of daily leaves, attendance. Preparing required data and records.
  • Assisting in monthly payroll cycle and entering payroll records effectively.
  • Provide administrative support on the online system (HRMS software) by keeping employee records up to date and accurate.
  • Scheduling and working a on daily, monthly & yearly HR task.
  • Create and implement an efficient filing system both hard copy and on the internal system.
  • Manage incoming and outgoing paper records.
  • Manage calendars and diaries on the online system.
  • Enthusiastically take care of employee engagement activities for building up positive work environment.
  • Assist the HR Manager in day to day activities as and when required.
  • Liase with the HR and ensuring HR best practices and procedures and implement them into the work you do.
  • Keep up with industry best practices for maintaining HR standards.
Educational Qualifications:

MBA Hr / PGD HR / Any Post Graduate
