Roles & Responsibilities:
- Possessing specialist knowledge of operating systems, devices, applications and software
- Perform analysis of the functionality of software applications and suggest significant improvements.
- Offer software application support under the supervision of the senior engineer
- Consult skillfully with the team of software development, clients, and internal users to improve application performance.
- Providing technical support to teams within the organization, and to external clients when required
- Assisting with systems integrations
- Managing ticketed query system and ensuring a comprehensive database of queries and resolutions is kept up to date
- Maintaining and updating technical documents and procedures
- Identifying and resolving technical issues
- Managing coordination at a local and international level where required
- Delivering regular and customized training to teams within the business
- Preparing maintenance plans and upgrading schedules for the organization s systems
- Developing reports for teams across the business
Qualifications:
- Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
- Hands on experience in application support on Asp.Net, SQL.
- Should be able to debug production issues and bug fixes.
- Deployment of products and patches for new projects and/or change requests.
- Interact and Follow up with the offshore support team for ticket closure within SLA.
- Ready to work in shifts.
- Extraordinary customer service and relationship management experience
