Admin Executive (Operations and Technical)

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Plan and coordinate administrative procedures and systems and devise ways to streamline processes
- Adherence to office related statutory compliances and renewals within time (license renewals, Insurance)
- AMC coordination and implementation at branch level
- Management of company assets & property
- Ensure the smooth and adequate flow of information within the company to facilitate other business operations
- Monitor inventory of office supplies and the purchasing of new material with attention to budgetary constraints
- Oversee facilities services, maintenance activities and tradespersons (e.g. electricians)
- Making travel arrangements as and when required.
- Travel to locations in the assigned region as and when required.
- Organize and supervise other office activities (recycling, renovations.)
- Management & Control of all office administration activities at all the assigned locations Daily/Monthly/Quarterly/ annually viz. Maintenance, Housekeeping, Security, Facilities
- Periodic cleaning of office initiatives & disposal of scrap
- Monitor costs and expenses to assist in budget preparation, with effective vendor management.
- Keep abreast with all organizational changes and business developments
- Maintenance of the records / documents related to company assets & property
- Manage the Operational Expenses related to the locations mapped & monitoring of the budgets
- Supervision of the furnishing work at all the new offices.
Preferred Skillsets:
- Good organization skills, disciplined, good management & leadership qualities.
Technical Skills sets:
- MS office, Word, Excel, PowerPoint
- Technical knowledge of server UPS Configuration.
- Must have knowledge about electrical work.
